| Q) | What is the youngest age your nannies care for? |
| A) | The Nanny Network has nannies with experience in caring for all ages
of children from newborn and up.

| Q) | Do you have a minimum charge? |
| A) | A 3 hour minimum applies to all our bookings. (4 hours on Christmas
Day and New Year's Eve)

| Q) | Should I book in advance? |
| A) | Definitely! Although last minute requests can often be accommodated,
we prefer to have enough notice in order that we can best meet your requirements.

| Q) | How do we pay our nanny? |
| A) | Payment must be made in CASH. Personal cheques and credit cards
are not accepted.

| Q) | When do I pay our nanny? |
| A) | Payment should be made at the end of each day, whereupon a receipt
will be issued.

| Q) | Will we have the same nanny each day? |
| A) | The Nanny Network endeavors to provide you with a constant care giver
throughout your stay whenever possible.

| Q) | Can my nanny take the children skiing? |
| A) | Unfortunately, due to insurance restrictions the nannies are not permitted
to take the children skiing, however they are happy to take them swimming,sledding,
skating or a variety of other activities.
|
| Q) | If a child is unwell can the nanny administer medication to them? |
| A) | Due to liability, our nannies are not permitted to administer any type
of medication to the children. This includes infant Tylenol.

| Q) | What about meals? |
| A) | The nannies are happy to prepare light meals and snacks for the children
or can accompany them to the hotel restaurant.
|
| Q) | What if I have to cancel my nanny? |
| A) | Cancelations made within 24 hours of the booking commencing will be charged a 3 hour minimum fee.
On December 25, 48 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a 4 hour minimum fee.
On the evening of December 31, 7 days cancellation notice is required to avoid a 4 hour minimum fee.

| Q) | What is the earliest / latest time that your nannies are available?
|
| A) | Our nannies are available any hour of the day or night. We are here
to accommodate your needs.

| Q) | Do we need to provide transportation home for the nanny? |
| A) | The nannies are responsible for getting to and from their bookings,
however an offer of a taxi home from a late night booking is always appreciated.
|
| Q) | Are gratuities expected? |
| A) | Tipping is customary in Canada, however this is entirely at your discretion.
